Founding Frontend Engineer

Joined Superu.ai as a core team member in May 2023, actively contributing through four pivots until we found PMF on the fourth attempt. During this journey, I gained experience not only in tech but also in product, UX, CX ,OPS, and various aspects of what an early-stage startup offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- •Full-stack developer with a strong focus on Frontend Engineering
- •Built and scaled frontends for all 4 products from the ground up
- •Collaborated with PMs, backend engineers, UX designers, and the CTO in an Agile environment to deliver impactful solutions
- •Adhered to the "build it, own it" culture, consistently shipping within 1 - 1.5 days of product team decisions
Product Journey:
1. SuperU AI (Business Observability SaaS)
First-ever business observability tool for SaaS & e-commerce. Provided real-time analysis (52 weeks of business data) with interactive insights on retention, churn, ARPU, LTV, etc.
- Built & scaled frontend for: Super Brain – 15+ AI-powered engagement & retention analyses.
- Super Observe – A module that visualized the last 52 weeks of business data with metrics such as total growth/loss, new user counts, potential AOV, ASP, and churn rates
- Super Intel – Data stories & AMA-driven business insights.
- Clients: Paakhi, Health Potli, Toffee Coffee (Shark Tank), Dukaan, etc.
2. MonetizeBot (AI Ads & Discovery)
- MonetizeBot.ai – Google ADS but for the AI world, where we helped chatbot creators monetize their chatbot audience by showing ONLY AND ONLY SUPER RELEVANT ADS, there was realtime bidding of the ads and multiple forms of ads were avaialble for the chatbot owner to choose from, banners, image, video ads, rewared ADS, and many more.
3. SuperU Wearable (AI Hardware for Sales Reps)
Smart AI-powered wearable (locket/badge) tracking sales activities & SOP adherence (greetings, upselling, etc.). Provided real-time sales insights to C-Suite dashboards.
- •Location tracking, upselling/cross-selling monitoring
- •Monitoring upselling and cross-selling efforts.
- •Making sure the SOP is followed, such as greeting, thanking etc
- •C-Suite dashboard for sales insights
- •The goal was to boost sales by 20% within three months, with real-time insights presented to C-Suite executives through a user-friendly dashboard.

My SaaS platform with multi-tenant architecture that helps you create documentation for your SDK/API. A No-Code builder that allows you to build and publish docs without any code. It has a WYSIWYG, Notion-like editor with markdown support. It has all components that you need in a docs platform from code snippets, accordions, iframes, table, alerts, and more. Built in search functionality, custom domain, and subdomain support.And I secured 9th product of the day on Product Hunt with 160 upvotes

A browser-based video editor built with Next.js and FFMPEG integration. This app allows users to create, edit, and export videos directly in the browser with a user-friendly interface, advanced timeline controls, and multi-layer support.

Raw Self Hosted WEB-RTC
If you've worked with WebRTC, you know how difficult it is to NAT traverse through strict ISPs like Jio or handle cross-ISP calls. Guess what? I solved all of that with my self-hosted TURN server Built with Next.js and WebRTC, this is a privacy-focused, real-time video calling app featuring dark mode, an ultra-sleek UI with shadcn, and fully local peer-to-peer calls. No message or media storage—everything happens client-side.

- TRAVERSED THROUGH COMPLEX NAT'S LIKE THAT OF JIO which are known to block UDP traffic on default ports

What have I built?
- Cypher Scribe: a full multi-tenant SaaS with a class apart editor which is probably better than notion, which gives you a fully customizable app without code in 18 seconds
- Built a WebRTC app without any libs with low level WebRTC APIs, self-hosted COTURN, relayed ICE candidates successfully across super restrictive NATs, (in fact when your reading this I'm probably implementing SFU architecture in it)
- Built a video editor in browser dealing with canvas, shrinking, resizing, stacking, timeline, trimming, supporting images, videos, texts, customizing their backgrounds, sizes etc.
- And just other cool stuff: such as an NPM package. Gemaverse(gaming platform), and still building more....
